How to find your Tax Documents:
- Sign into your account on the App (App Store, Google Play Store) or Website
- Select the “Documents” button
- Select the Home Improvement Contract (HIC) and/or f5695-Federal Tax Form 2022
- Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner to “Send File…,” “Download,” or “Print”
You will need to download your “Home Improvement Contract (HIC)” document to receive your federal tax credit. If you are doing your own taxes you will need the “f5695- Federal Tax Form 2022,” as well. We are not tax experts and advise you speak with your tax preparer/consultant on how to fill out this form.

Select the desired file
Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner
Select “Send File…,” “Download,” or “Print”
